Do I need to complete a package first?

Not required, but recommended. Our packages (Launch Pad and above) give you a professional content foundation — optimised profiles, branded assets, and a shoot library — that makes the retainer far more effective. If you're starting from scratch, we'll scope a package first so your retainer hits the ground running.

Is there a minimum contract term?

No. Retainers run month-to-month with 30 days' notice to cancel. Most clients stay because it's working — not because they're locked in.

What platforms does the retainer cover?

Instagram and Facebook are included in all tiers. LinkedIn, TikTok, or Pinterest can be added to any tier for an additional $200/month per platform.

How does content approval work?

We deliver the full month's content calendar and captions 7 days before posting starts. You review, request any changes, and approve. We schedule and post on your behalf — no last-minute scrambles.

What if I need a content shoot during the retainer?

Full Management includes a quarterly shoot. Essentials and Growth clients can add a shoot at any time — we'll quote based on scope, typically $300–$600 for a 1-hour session.

Do you manage ad spend, or just the creative?

Full Management includes creative and management of your Meta Ads. The ad budget itself is a separate spend — we recommend starting with $300–$500/month minimum to get meaningful data. Essentials and Growth tiers don't include ads management, but you can add it for $300/month.
