You send site photos and a few notes. You get back a draft quote pack in your own format — scope, inclusions, exclusions, assumptions — plus a checklist of the measures still missing. You check it and send it. The pack never invents a number: photos supply the scope, your notes supply the quantities, your rate card supplies the rates. A gap is a checklist item, never an estimate.

Your letterhead, your line names, your rates. PDF or email body, ready for you to check and send.

No new software subscription. The workflow runs on the accounts and devices you have.
15-minute handover for staff

A$495 deposit books the week. Send 6–10 photos of one live job, your notes, one old quote in your format, and your rate card.
Kickoff, 30–45 minutes
Your template, your quote fields, your photo habits. Line names are mapped from your sample quote — no invented trades.
Two real jobs
The live quote and one old job, built end to end, so you can see it is not a one-off.
Handover and go-live
Handover recording, runbook, and you run one job yourself while I watch. Balance on delivery.
