MAX<>IO Group (ABN 22 426 251 651) is an Australian research and strategy firm operating worldwide, registered in Brisbane, Queensland. We operate the website max-io.co (“the Site”). Questions about this policy can be directed to max@max-io.co.

2. Information we collect

The Site has no forms, sign-ups or checkout. If you email us, we receive your name, email address and whatever you choose to include in your message.

We also collect non-identifying usage data automatically via Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights (page views, browser type, referring URL, country-level location). This data is aggregated and not linked to individuals.

3. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to enquiries and deliver requested services.
  • Improve site performance and user experience.
  • Meet legal obligations where applicable.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties.
