I research how businesses actually run, then turn that into a plan the founder can execute. The principle is the same every time: see the constraint clearly, decide once, and keep oversight on the work that matters.

I founded MAX IO Group as a research and strategy practice, built on systems I run on hardware I own. ArmaTech is a separate company: light manufacturing that cannot put its engineering data in an arbitrary cloud.

I think in systems, automate by default, and optimise for leverage over effort. If there's a repeatable process, I'll encode it. If there's a bottleneck, I'll remove it.
