Projects

The register, kept honest.

Each project is meant to stand on its own — useful to people who will never know who made it. This page lists the studio's public projects, including the ones that are only research so far.

How to read the statuses

Live — public and running. Built — finished and verified, not yet released. In build — working internally. Exploring — research only, nothing built. No revenue, user or traffic figures are quoted until they exist and can be shown.

Research Atlas

Live

Public knowledge asset

The studio's reading, published in full. Tools for thought, knowledge systems, the AI layer and computational neuroscience, each entry noting what it actually establishes — including the ones that correct a popular claim. Every product here starts as a line in the atlas.

  • Every entry links to its source
  • Applied reading kept apart from pure research interest
Open Research Atlas

Brain Atlas

Built

Standalone app — web and Mac

A navigable map of the atlas catalogue with its own web build and a native Mac target. It ships the public catalogue only, and the build refuses to run if anything private would be bundled. Built and verified; not yet released.

  • One codebase, two targets
  • Privacy gate in the build, not in a checklist

Not publicly released

Planning data

In build

Data product

Public planning data, normalised. The source APIs return one row per land parcel, which inflates application counts roughly threefold when read naively. This project rebuilds the record one application per row, so the numbers can be trusted.

  • Built on public council data
  • Corrects a parcel-level double count at the source

Not publicly released

Automated explainer media

Exploring

Faceless media

Research into turning annotated research into short narrated video — one consistent visual style, one narrator voice, no face on camera. Nothing is published, and nothing will be until a human reviews every piece.

  • Research stage only
  • Human review before anything is published

Research stage

Engine room

The internal systems every project is built and run on. They are not products and are not offered to anyone; they are described here because they explain how a small studio builds several products at once. Security architecture is deliberately not published.

The Lab

Self-hosted operating substrate

One console for local and hosted models, a governor on what an agent may do, retrieval over the studio's own documents, and scheduled jobs. Self-hosted.

Agent fleet

Scheduled work, draft only

Standing programs for research sweeps, monitoring and document preparation. Each produces a draft for review. None send, publish or spend on their own.

Retrieval

Search over the studio's record

Meaning search across decisions, specs and research notes, on local embeddings, so sensitive material does not have to leave the machine.

Build and deploy

Own pipeline

Public sites are built and shipped with the studio's own scripts on a hosted platform. Changes take an afternoon, not a change request.
