The challenge
The company had been operating for eight years on referrals alone. No Instagram, no Facebook business page, no Google Business Profile. When potential clients searched for them online, they found nothing. Competitors with half the experience were winning jobs because they showed up first on Google and looked professional on social media.
What was really happening
The owner knew they needed an online presence but had never prioritised it. Every attempt to 'sort out social media' lasted about a week before job site demands took over. They had a personal Facebook account that occasionally posted job photos, but no business page, no Instagram, and no Google listing. When a potential client Googled them, the only result was an ABN lookup. Our approach

How we built it
The content shoot was the anchor. We spent an hour on-site capturing the team at work — progress shots, detail work, equipment, and team portraits. The 20 edited photos and 3 Reels gave them a professional content library they could reuse for months. We wrote 30 days of captions with a mix of project showcases, behind-the-scenes content, and trust-building posts (insurance, licences, team experience). The Google Business Profile was set up from scratch with correct categories, service areas, optimised description, and all 20 shoot photos.
